I started out with a in home appointment with a sales consultant named Joshua. He was very helpful and up front and started explaining the process because it is a process. Not only do you have to see how much and how many panels you need, but you also have to look at your consumption usage and your house and its energy efficiency in general. After deciding to make the plunge into solar, I then worked with their engineers and went over the placement of the panels and how many solar panels they could put up on my roof to make it work. They came back and was up front and told me that the way my roof was and the number of panels that I could place on at this time would not produce 100 % of the power needed. They went over approximately how many more panels I would need and things in the house that I needed to upgrade to reduce my power consumption to get to 100%. I met Marcus the day of the installation and Sam and his crew that installs the panels. I was nervous about the holes in my brand-new roof but he went over the epoxy that they use, the warranty process if I was to have a problem and even took pictures of the panels and the anchors since I was not going up there!! Since then, I have been working with Marcus to expand my solar panel configuration and keeping him informed of the updates to the home to bring down the consumption. I am very pleased with the service and response of Sunbility and their people. They have helped me get through the process and I am excited to see me at a 0 bill by this summer! Sunbility sold and installed our solar panel system. We already had a backup generator system, so we didn’t need a battery system. Took care of everything! Sunbility did it all!

They have delivered on everything that they promised. The best part about it is that I had to do very little, except sign an agreement for the installation. They took care of everything else.

1. They calculated my energy requirements based on my previous 2 years of consumption from my electric provider, Florida Power (FPL).
2. Set up a loan at a reasonable rate with the bank.
3. Provided paperwork and instructions for the federal tax credit.
4. Worked with me to design the layout of the panels on my roof to my liking.
5. Provided me with a schedule for the installation.
6. Received all of the permits from the local authorities and my community HOA
7. Performed a very thorough and clean installation of the solar panels on my roof and other equipment in my garage.
8. Interacted with FPL to connect the power to their system
9. Provided a mobile application so that I could monitor the operation of the system and power generated from the panels.
10. Once the system was operating, they visited my home to ensure that everything was working properly.
11. Also returned after a few months to install an upgrade to the system, which allowed me to also monitor the power coming from the power company.
12. Called multiple times to determine if I had any problems and ensure that I was satisfied with the operation.

There management, back office, and installation personnel were excellent and efficient. Always polite, they went out of their way to answer any questions that I had. Marcus, the Sunbility Operations Manager, even fixed my attic ladder to ensure that it was safer for me to use. The installation was performed on time, completed in a couple of days, and with minimal inconvenience.

All of the above including:
• The back-office work and coordination with the bank and authorities
• Installation of the entire system
• Upgrade, follow-up, and monitoring
Was performed with zero out of pocket expense to me. It was all included in the reasonable loan I received from the bank.

The system Sunbility installed has run flawlessly from the start. I incurred zero problems in the 18 months since it went into operation.

Other than the normal account fee from FPL, my power bills have been zero for the past year. In January for the past 2 years since the startup, I have also received a credit from FPL for the excess power I have returned to their power distribution network. I also received a significant tax credit which I could use to pay off a good portion of the loan.

Yes, I am very happy with Sunbility and would recommend them to anyone. I have done so to several friends.

Sunbility’s team has the best customer service around. I was informed every step of the way from the very beginning. The office girls called every week. The installation went smoothly. The installers were so courteous and knowledgeable. The savings are rolling in. I just can’t explain the excitement of the all around service and quality. Recommending to all my friends and family.

Sunbility had a compelling finance arrangement. They delivered and installed the system. With a little over two months the system is meeting expectations and the preliminary estimates with TECO are holding up.

Sunbility is a great company to work with. There was no out-of-pocket expense for me to have the solar installed on my home. My highest electric bill was $60 last year but most of the time it runs around $15. I sometimes even get a credit from Florida Power & Light on my account. I would recommend anybody that wants to have solar to get it installed as it's well worth it!
